Newest Smart
One touch —the aisle opens.
Our Newest Smart is commanded from a 21.5-inch master control column. Press one button, the bays glide to ±5 mm, and the LED tells you exactly where the file lives. No walking the rows, no guessing.

The master column § 01
One 21.5-inch column
runs the whole room.
Every Newest Smart line is commanded from a 21.5-inch touch column. Five ways in — face, fingerprint, password, gesture, voice — and the room answers: bays open, the aisle lights, the file is found.
- Five unlocksface, fingerprint, password, gesture and voice — open or close bays any of them
- Fuzzy searchhalf a title is enough — the column names the bay and lights the layer
- Hands-freevoice and gesture commands when your hands are full of files
- Room airtemperature, humidity and air quality logged live on screen
- Audit trailevery unlock and aisle move recorded — who, when, which bay
The screening room § 02
Watch it not
close on a hand.
Infrared anti-pinch, in plain terms: while a run is moving, its sensors keep scanning the aisle. The moment a person — or anything — breaks the beam, the bay stops where it is and backs off. Nothing gets pinched. This clip is filmed on our own test line, no cuts.
The whole room § 03
Modeled in 3D
before a plate is cut.
Each archive is engineered in 3D before production: bay layouts, rail runs, aisle widths and service clearances are resolved against your floor plan — columns, door swings and escape routes included. The render you approve is the model production, the controller configuration and the container plan all work from, so nothing is discovered on site.
- Clash-checkedbay counts and rail runs verified against columns, doors and walkways
- Capacity mappedlinear meters of storage per zone, projected over ten years of growth

Our advantages § 04
What the Newest Smart
does for you.
- 01
The archive comes to you
One touch on the 21.5-inch column — or one voice command — and the aisle you need opens itself. Nobody walks the rows to fetch a box.
- 02
It finds the file, not you
Type half a title and the system pins the bay and lights the exact layer. Search time drops from minutes to seconds across the whole room.
- 03
Twice the storage, same floor
Bays compact on rails and share one aisle, so the same footprint holds roughly double the archive of static shelving.
- 04
Safe by default
Infrared anti-pinch, anti-topple chassis and a hard-wired e-stop — the room watches its own aisles even when nobody else is.
- 05
Quiet enough to think in
A 0.5 kW drive per bay with soft start and stop keeps motion under 55 dB(A) — library-quiet, all day long.
- 06
It grows with you
Add bays to the run without replacing the controller; re-seat shelves on a 30 mm pitch as the collection changes.
The spec sheet § 05
Specified like a contract,
not a brochure.
See it live § 06
Twenty minutes,
no brochure.
Book a video call and we walk the factory floor with you: the 21.5-inch column opening by face, a voice command moving the bays, the anti-pinch stop on the test line — then your questions, answered by the people who build it.
- 21.5-inch column — face unlock opens the aisle
- Voice command + fuzzy search finds a file
- Anti-pinch stop and reverse on the test line
- Your room sketch turned into a bay count, on call
