The material § 02
Thickened cold-rolled steel, traced to the coil.

Every hand-crank bay starts as thickened SPCC cold-rolled coil — bought on specification, levelled, punched, bent and welded in our own Xiong’an plant. Five stops between the coil and your floor:

Three decisions, then we build.
Bay width
Any width from 750 to 1200 mm, double-sided by default. Wider bays store more per metre of rail; narrower ones turn in tight rooms.
Our default — 900 mm, sized to archive boxes and lending shelves alike.
Rail layout
Dropped flush into a cut floor channel for new builds, or surface-mounted under galvanised covers where the floor cannot be touched.
Our default — we confirm the layout from your floor photos before fabrication starts.
Finish
Six standard powder colours, or a free RAL match to your brand. Frames and panels can take two different colours on the same bay.
Our default — light grey-white shells with ink-grey frames, the finish most archives re-order.

Room dimensions, rough storage volume, country of delivery — that is all we need to return a layout drawing, a container plan and an FOB quote within one working day.
