About Us

Wide view inside the Shengmei plant — production bays, packing area and steel storage under one 30,000 m² roof

About us

One roof. Nine lines.30,000 m² of steel.

Shengmei Intelligent Technology cuts, punches, bends, welds, coats and load-tests steel mobile shelving in its own plant in Xiong'an New District — then ships it flat-packed to archives, banks, hospitals and libraries worldwide.

01 The plant

Every process under one roof.

No part of a Shengmei bay is outsourced. Coil arrives at one gate of the 30,000 m² works and a numbered, load-tested bay leaves the other — which is how dimensions, finish and delivery dates stay honest.

  • In-line — uncoiling, punching, bending and welding run on one floor, so tolerances do not drift between suppliers.
  • Own tooling — shelf pitch, post holes and gear seats are punched by our own dies, not bought in.
  • Tested — every shelf design goes through the 80 kg rig before it enters a drawing.
  • One team — the crew that welds your run also packs it, and answers for it.

02 How it is made

From coil to carton,
in eight passes.

A bay crosses the works eight times before it is packed. Two of those passes are shown here; the full route is the reason a Shengmei run measures the same in year ten as on install day.

04 How it ships

Flat, numbered, self-built.

We ship furniture the way it travels best: as flat panels, not as greenhouse crates. Nothing is lost in transit because nothing is assembled until it reaches your floor.

  • Flat-packed — export cartons, corner-protected and strapping-banded on pallets.
  • Numbered — every panel carries its position on the layout drawing.
  • Self-build — two people and hand tools; we ship parts and drawings, not an installation crew.
  • Container maths — a 20-ft container carries ≈20 bays; lines mix freely in one load.

Tell us what the room must hold.

Send the dimensions — wall length, ceiling height, what goes on the shelves — and the layout, quote and container plan come back within one working day.
