Paper before steel § 02
Your room, drawn first.
Approved before it’s welded.
Every export order starts as documents, not promises. Send us the room dimensions and a rough storage volume; within one working day our design office returns the drawing below — scaled, dimensioned and checked against your floor.
A scaled CAD plan: bay counts, tiers, aisle widths, rail runs, clearance at each wall and the floor-loading note — the drawing the factory actually builds from.
The same room in three dimensions — colour, finish and clearances approved on screen, so nothing is discovered on site.
- Layout drawing — scaled CAD, within one working day
- 3D render — finish and colour approved before cutting
- Container plan — bay count per 20 GP / 40 GP, loading photos
- FOB quote — Qingdao or Tianjin, valid for 30 days

Certificates are paperwork.
Ours have a wall.
Copies of every certificate travel with the quotation — and the test report ships with the goods. Ask for the originals; we will film them for you, wall included.

Most of what we build leaves Xiong’an in a container. The routine below has run on every export order since 2014 — it is why nothing arrives bent, and nothing waits at customs.
Bays ship flat in export-grade cartons with corner protection and foam interlayers — a 40 GP holds a full archive room.
You receive the stowage drawing before sailing and the loading photos after — bay counts checked line by line against the packing list.
Commercial invoice, packing list, B/L, certificate of origin and the SGS test report — issued the week the vessel sails.
Numbered parts go up in the order they were packed — a two-person, hand-tool job. We stay on the video call until the last bay rolls.
