Q.01What is the minimum order?
One 20-foot container, roughly twenty bays. Models can be mixed inside the same container, so an intelligent run and a manual run often travel together.
Q.02How is the shelving packed for sea freight?
Flat-packed in export-grade cartons with corner protection and foam interlayers; panels are numbered to match the installation drawing so assembly order survives the journey.
Q.03Do you send a crew to install?
No — by design. Runs are numbered for self-assembly with hand tools, drawings and a video guide ship in the box, and we stay on a video call until the last bay rolls.
Q.04Can you match our brand colour?
Yes. Send a RAL or Pantone reference; a sample plate is coated and photographed before the full run enters the powder line. Two-tone splits are our speciality.
Q.05What is the lead time?
Fifteen to twenty-five days after deposit, depending on configuration and the coating schedule. Intelligent runs with custom colours sit at the top of the range.
Q.06What warranty comes with it?
Five years on the complete unit and ten years on the welded frames. Drive and control parts stay on our shelf for the life of the run.
