One centre punches the posts and panels
The HC-F1200 CNC punching centre takes posts and panels from the same coil that feeds the roll-forming lines, so shelf holes land on the 30 mm grid without a second setup or a second tolerance.
Eight baths run ahead of the powder booth
Degrease, rinse, pickle, phosphate and passivate — the pretreatment line runs continuously ahead of the booth, which handles single colours and the contrast two-colour bodies on the same shift.
Post frames leave the jigs square
Posts are jig-welded on fixed fixtures rather than clamped by eye. Square frames are what the 10-year frame warranty rests on — and why a run keeps its geometry after a decade of aisle traffic.
Panels leave flat and numbered
Roughly twenty bays load into one 20-ft container as flat, edge-stacked panels, numbered to the layout drawing. Assembly on site needs hand tools and the drawing — no welding, no crane day.
